LAGUNA LAKES HD UPDATE - 05/21/2008

ACentury will be doing an upgrade to the Laguna Lakes headened so that more customers will be able to access all HD off air channels available to us. On Thursday, May 22, 2008 we will be providing better access to HD off air locals by changing the way we deliver the programming to the customer's HD/Digital TV. This will require all customers (with HD tvs)to rescan their TV on this date in order to receive all of the HD/Digital stations. The TV must have a built in or stand alone HD tuner, you may be required to use both antenna & cable input depending on the model of the TV. Notice has also been placed with the Property Management Company and on the community channel. Our call center will also be prepared to walk customers through the rescan as needed. If you are having a problem rescanning the TV or need additional cable, you should call customer service to schedule a technician visit.
